The school where Ata Demirer trained for the film Berlin Kaplanı
Since 1984 Nafiz Başaran has trained thousands of athletes at the school that bears his name, and names from the arts and sports have stepped into this ring too. The site was rebuilt on a hand-coded theme, free of Elementor.
- A scene from the film İtirazım Var was shot in the school ring
- A page that builds a personal training plan for each level
Case study
A heavy Elementor site rebuilt on a light, hand-coded theme
The result
- plugins
- 27 → 5
- PageSpeed SEO score
- 100
The problem
The old site was built on Elementor and 27 plugins. The school wanted a professional, eye-catching site full of motion that would show its gym and its coach as they deserve.
What we did
- We built a hand-coded WordPress theme without Elementor; the number of plugins dropped from 27 to 5.
- We prepared three design directions; the school chose the third, dark and full of motion.
- We added a tool that builds a weekly training plan for each level, and a photos page.
- We set up page titles, the gym details (address, phone, hours) and Search Console for Google.
