Terms of use

General

These terms apply when you use the Püfür app made by Torpil Studio. By using Püfür you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, we ask that you do not use the app.

What Püfür is not

Püfür is a self-help app. It is not a medical device or a treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist. Details are in the Disclaimer in the app.

If you are in an emergency or have thoughts of harming yourself, call 112 (the emergency number in Turkey) or your local emergency number right away.

Use

You may use Püfür for your own personal use. You may not copy the app or its content without permission, distribute modified versions of it, sell it or present it as your own product.

Content

The texts, lessons, sounds and drawings in Püfür belong to Torpil Studio. You may share affirmation cards and your zen garden personally with the share button.

Premium and subscription

The panic moment, short breathing, the journal, games and affirmations are free. Püfür Premium unlocks all lessons, visualizations, sleep sounds and stories, and longer breathing sessions.

Premium is a yearly subscription sold through Google Play. The price is shown before you buy, and payment is taken from your Google Play account.

If you are subscribing for the first time, a free trial may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you are charged. The subscription renews automatically every year.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Subscriptions section of Google Play. After you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are made through Google Play.

When you close the subscription screen, a one-time 3-day gift trial may be offered. It needs no payment details, nothing is charged when it ends, and Premium content locks again.

We may change what Premium includes and its price. The price of an ongoing subscription changes under Google Play's rules, with notice given to you in advance.

Support

You can give a one-time contribution from Support Püfür in Settings. It is optional, it is not a subscription and it does not unlock any features; it does not replace Premium. Google Play takes the payment, and refund requests are made through Google Play.

Chat with Bulut

Chat with Bulut is an AI service; there is no person on the other side. Bulut's replies may be wrong, incomplete or unsuited to your situation; they are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not make important decisions without consulting a professional.

In a crisis, do not turn to the chat: call 112 (the emergency number in Turkey) or your local emergency number, or someone you trust.

Chat is a separate monthly subscription, not included in Premium, and is sold through Google Play. The price is shown before you buy; the subscription renews automatically every month, and you can cancel it at any time in the Subscriptions section of Google Play. There is a daily message limit to keep costs in check.

You may not use the chat for illegal purposes, to harm others or to abuse the service. You can send us an inappropriate reply with Report this reply on the chat screen.

Your records

What you write and record belongs to you and stays on this phone. If you do not have an account and you lose your phone or uninstall the app, your records may be lost too; since we have no access to them, we cannot bring them back. Details are in the Privacy policy.

Account

Creating an account is optional and free. Your account is protected by your email address and password; do not share your password with anyone, and you are responsible for what happens in your account. The cloud backup is kept so your records are not lost; we cannot guarantee that it will always be up to date or complete. You can delete your account and your backup at any time in Settings.

Liability

We take care that Püfür works well, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors on every phone. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always in Settings, with the date of the last update at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
