Deleting your account and backup

Delete it in the app

Open Püfür, go to Settings and tap Delete account near the bottom. Enter your password to confirm. Your account and cloud backup are deleted right away; this cannot be undone.

If you cannot reach the app

If you do not have your phone or you have uninstalled the app, send an email from your account's email address to contact@torpilstudio.com with the subject "Delete my Püfür account". Your account and backup are deleted within 30 days at the latest, and we let you know.

What is deleted

Your email address, password and your whole cloud backup: journal entries, mood answers, anxiety test results, breathing, visualization and panic moment records, lesson progress, onboarding answers, your name, trusted person and settings. We keep no copy of them.

What stays

The records on your phone stay on your phone; you can delete them with Delete my data in Settings or by uninstalling the app.

Premium and chat subscriptions are tied to your Google Play account; deleting your account does not cancel them. Cancel them in the Subscriptions section of Google Play.
